The biggest difference between Invoice Bus and other, similar, invoicing apps is that all of the plans have equal functionality. The only limit is on the number of clients. They also have a referral incentive program. For every person who joins because of a current user's invitation, the user gains space for 5 more clients.
This is a very intuitive app to use - possibly the simplest invoicing app with the most functionality.
The interface is clean and intuitive. The two tabs are Invoices and Quotes. A video is provided right on the page for walkthrough of the features. The entire process is covered step-by-step. Each item entered is saved for future use.
The first necessary item is the insertion of company details. This will be saved for all future communications. A logo may be uploaded and company address entered along with any payment details. 6 color themes are offered for the invoice.
Users enter invoice number, issue date, due date, client information, type of currency, item, quantity, price, discounts and tax if applicable, and the total is generated. Once saved, the invoice may be edited, duplicated, deleted, sent via email, or downloaded as a PDF. Users can then enter payments or payment reminders.
The Quote option works much the same way with the information saved from the previous user information.
The app is very easy to use and the fact that it keeps track of all of the invoices and quotes is an added benefit. Each invoice is tracked as paid, unpaid, or overdue for easy viewing and each quote is tracked as converted, accepted, pending, or declined.
Users can also create custom thank you notes to show gratitude to clients. All data is secure and backed up daily. Support responds within 60 minutes on workdays and within 24 hours on weekends.
Invoice Bus is deceptively simple. It looks like it should be more difficult to use because of the functionality, but it is quite easy.
Registration requires only an email account. Confirmation instructions are sent to the provided account. The confirmation contains a link to a page for password creation. Once entered, the user is taken directly to the dashboard.
There are varying plans, based on the number of clients. The Mini-van plan is free and can store up to 3 clients. The plan does not expire and does not have any restrictions or require a credit card. The Minibus plan has a $9.95 monthly "ticket" and stores up to 15 clients. The Single-decker "ticket" is $19.95 per month and stores up to 50 clients. The Double-decker "ticket" is $29.95 per month and allows unlimited clients and a branded T-shirt.
All plans have equal capability, the only restriction is the number of clients.
